The reshuffle of the Union Council of Ministers is expected to take place on Wednesday, according to BJP sources. If there is any delay, the process will be completed by Saturday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants the reshuffle to be finished before his visit to France on July 14.
This reshuffle will be the final one before the Lok Sabha polls and it will be on a large scale. Some senior members may be assigned party work. It is rumored that the Shiv Sena group led by Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar’s group, along with some members from Akali Dal, may be included in the cabinet. It is important to note that Akali Dal is re-joining NDA.
