Gadwal: BRS Leader Submits Petition for Hospitals in Alampur and Aija
BRS Jogulamba Gadwal District Coordinator, Kuruva Pallayya, has submitted a petition to the District Medical & Health Officer (DMHO), Dr. Siddappa. The petition requests immediate action to start operations at a 100-bed hospital in Alampur constituency and a 30-bed hospital in Aija mandal.
Pallayya expressed concern about the lack of medical facilities in Aija mandal. He urged authorities to quickly complete the construction of the 30-bed hospital in the area and make it available for public use. Additionally, he emphasized the need for doctors to be present at the Primary Health Center (PHC) on time, better care for patients, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility.
Pallayya also raised concerns about the non-functional 100-bed hospital at Alampur crossroads. He described this hospital as crucial for the entire Alampur constituency. According to Pallayya, the hospital was built with the vision of former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao to help the poor, but it has been neglected under the current Congress government.
He pointed out that the hospital lacks proper staffing, essential facilities, and medicines. This has not only caused suffering for the people of the Alampur constituency, but also for those injured in accidents on the nearby highway, as they face delays in getting medical help.
Pallayya called on the Congress government and the Health Minister to address the healthcare needs of the Alampur constituency immediately, so that medical services can be provided to the people without further delay.
