According to the police, the two minors first threatened a watchman with a knife and stole a mobile phone at Prasad’s apartment in the Abids police station area, Gunfoundry, around 4 am on Tuesday. After that, they went to IMAX. At around 5 am, they tried to snatch lawyer Kalyan’s smartphone while he was walking there. Kalyan resisted, but the minors threatened him with a knife, and he was injured in the process. Since two similar crimes had been reported in the Central Zone, special teams led by DCP Yadav were assigned to investigate.
