Chief Minister Revanth Reddy starts first phase of financial aid under Indiramma housing scheme

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has started the first phase of financial support under the Indiramma Housing Scheme. As part of this, people who have built their houses up to the basement level will receive Rs 1 lakh each.

During a special event, the Chief Minister gave cheques of Rs 1 lakh to several beneficiaries. These beneficiaries are from different districts including Vikarabad, Khammam, Ranga Reddy, Suryapet, Mahbubnagar, and Siddipet.

The event was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Revenue and Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, along with many MLCs, MLAs, and senior housing department officials.

Minister Ponguleti said that 2,019 people have completed their homes up to the basement stage. A total amount of Rs 20.19 crore has been directly deposited into their bank accounts as part of the scheme.
