Nalgonda: The Minister for Roads and Buildings, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, has announced that the Nalgonda Government Medical College will be inaugurated on September 12. The Chief Minister, A Revanth Reddy, will be present at the event to officially open the college.
On Thursday, while laying the foundation stone for a new school building, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy spoke to the students. He encouraged them to set clear goals and work hard to achieve them.
He also shared that a Skill University will be established in the state with a budget of Rs 350 crores. This university will focus on developing the skills of educated students. In addition, a Skill Development Center is being built at the district headquarters with a budget of Rs 20 crores.
Several officials and community leaders attended the event, including Additional Collector J Srinivas, District Education Officer Bikshapati, Municipal Chairman Burri Srinivas Reddy, Vice Chairman Abbagoni Ramesh Goud, Prateek Foundation CEO MV Gonareddy, and School Headmaster Shankaraiah.
