Hyderabad is getting ready to host the grand international event, Miss World 2025, and top officials are taking every step to ensure it runs smoothly.
Chief Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao led a teleconference with senior police and government officials. He stressed the need for strong security arrangements and smooth planning. His primary concern is that the event should not disrupt daily life for the city’s residents.
He instructed the police department to provide tight security at key locations. These include the airport, the hotels where contestants will stay, and the main event venue. Participants from many countries will attend, and their safety is a top priority.
Rao also asked officials to follow the Chief Minister's directions closely while organizing the event. He requested a full report on all security and logistical steps taken so far.
The Tourism Department has been told to prepare a special information booklet. This will be given to all the contestants to help them understand the city’s culture, places to visit, and event details.
In addition, the GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) will begin a beautification drive. All areas that the guests and contestants are expected to visit will be cleaned up and decorated to reflect the city’s charm.
The Miss World 2025 contest will begin in Hyderabad on the 10th of this month, and officials are working hard to make it a memorable and safe experience for everyone involved.
