    Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy paid tribute to Sarojini Naidu on her birth anniversary. She was a freedom fighter and India’s first woman Governor. People remember her as the ‘Nightingale of India’ because of her contributions to politics, social reform, and literature.

    The Chief Minister praised her role in India’s independence movement. He said that her work helped shape the country’s political and cultural future. He also mentioned that Sarojini Naidu continues to inspire generations, especially women in leadership and social activism.

    Sarojini Naidu was known for her powerful speeches and poetry. She played an important role in the fight for freedom alongside Mahatma Gandhi and other leaders. Later, she became the first woman Governor of independent India, encouraging more women to take part in governance.
