Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has announced that a statue of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule will be installed at Necklace Road in Hyderabad.
On the occasion of Phule’s birth anniversary, the Chief Minister paid tributes and visited the Necklace Road-IMAX stretch to inspect a possible location for the statue.

He instructed officials to survey the area and submit a detailed plan. The plan should ensure that the statue’s installation does not cause traffic problems or other issues. Work to identify the best spot for the statue has already begun.
