The Coca Cola company is investing Rs 700 crore to build a new manufacturing plant in Telangana. A delegation from Telangana, including Minister D. Sridhar Babu and Minister Komatireddy Venkatreddy, met with Coca Cola’s senior leadership in Atlanta to discuss the expansion.
The new plant will be located in Peddapalli district, marking a shift towards industrial growth outside of Hyderabad. The Telangana delegation also proposed the idea of establishing a Coca Cola Technology Global Capability center in Hyderabad as part of their IT strategy.
