Gadwal: District Collector B.M. Santosh urged officials to quickly address public complaints submitted via the Prajavani platform. He stressed the importance of resolving people’s issues promptly as a crucial administrative duty.
On Monday, a Prajavani grievance meeting took place at the Collectorate Conference Hall in Gadwal. District Collector B.M. Santosh led the session, joined by Additional Collectors Lakshminarayana and Narsinga Rao. The meeting received 52 public grievance applications.
Collector Santosh instructed department officials to carefully review each application and take immediate action. He highlighted that every grievance is a genuine issue for citizens and should not be delayed by administrative hurdles.
The Collector emphasized his dedication to a transparent, citizen-focused administration. He explained that platforms like Prajavani are essential connections between the government and the public, urging officials to handle each application seriously.
Officials from various departments attended and promised their support in addressing the applications promptly.
