Nagarkurnool: The Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for heavy to extremely heavy rainfall in Nagarkurnool district over the next 48 hours. In response, District Collector Badavath Santosh has set up a control room at the Integrated District Offices Complex (Collectorate).
The Collector has asked people to report any issues they face due to the heavy rains to the control room. The contact number for the control room is 08540-230201, and it will be available 24/7. Special teams have been put in place to gather information and respond to any reports.
If any complaints or problems are received, the relevant officials will be informed immediately, and relief measures will be taken right away. The Collector has encouraged the public to reach out to the control room at any time if they need help. Additionally, officials and staff from different departments have been put on high alert to carry out relief operations in areas affected by the rain.
