The Collector has given instructions to the doctors and staff at the primary health center to be more accessible to the public and to offer better medical services to patients. On Friday, the Collector visited the Panagal Primary Health Center to check the services provided there. He looked into the care given to pregnant women and also inspected important records such as the D.D. Register and stock registers.
During his visit, the Collector also inspected the labor room and suggested that the number of deliveries conducted at the health center should be increased to serve more people.
Later, the Collector visited Banda Palli village, where he evaluated the students’ educational abilities at the Mandal Primary School. He told the Mandal Education Officer that there is a need to improve the students’ learning outcomes.
In addition, the Collector reviewed the “dry day” program, which is designed to prevent the spread of diseases during the rainy season. He instructed that this program should be conducted every Friday and Tuesday until the end of the rainy season.
The Collector was accompanied by several officials during his visits, including Mandal Special Officer, Rural Development Officer Umadevi, Wanaparthy Tehsildar Ramesh Reddy, Panagal MPDO Govinda Rao, and the Medical Officer.
