Devarakonda (Nalgonda): Nalgonda District Collector Ila Tripathi said that the new Bhu Bharati Act (Land Rights Record Act) – 2025 will help protect farmers’ land rights.
She spoke about the Act during an awareness seminar held in Chintapalli Mandal. According to her, this new law is designed to fix old land issues that were not solved through the earlier Dharani portal.
The Bhu Bharati portal will go live online on June 2. Farmers can apply through Mee-Seva centers for help with land-related matters. If their problems are not resolved within a specific time, the money they paid will be returned.
Local MLA Balu Naik also spoke at the event. He said that the Act will help make Devarakonda free from land disputes.
