    District Congress party leaders in Gadwal held a victory rally for Member of Parliament Mallu Ravi from the Nagar Kurnool parliament constituency. During his visit to the Gadwal constituency, Ravi criticized the previous government for corruption that hindered development. He also mentioned a campaign by BRS leaders to mislead the people of Telangana.

    ZP Chairperson and Congress party Gadwal in-charge Sarita Thirupathaiah accompanied Mallu Ravi on this visit, marking his first trip to Gadwal constituency after winning the parliamentary elections. They were warmly welcomed by party representatives, senior leaders, and workers at Ananta puram stage in Gadwal town.

    A victory rally proceeded through Gadwal town, where tributes were paid by garlanding statues of prominent figures. Mallu Ravi then addressed the gathering at YSR circle near the old bus stand, criticizing the current Telangana administration and challenging BRS leaders to fulfill their promises.

    Ravi reassured the people of Gadwal of the Congress party’s commitment to the constituency’s development. He pledged to work diligently for its progress and adopt the area following his victory in the parliamentary elections. Sarita Thirupatiah also spoke, emphasizing the party’s focus on welfare schemes and preparations for local body elections.

    Under Congress party rule, Sarita explained that Pragati Bhavan would be transformed into Praja Bhavan by CM Revanth Reddy. She criticized the previous government for alleged corruption and illegal wealth accumulation. Sarita urged party leaders to engage in village-level activities and prepare for upcoming elections, listing key figures expected to play active roles.
