Hyderabad: Congress MP M. Anil Kumar Yadav has made serious allegations against former Minister T. Harish Rao. Yadav accused Rao of having a personal interest in buildings located within the Full Tank Level (FTL) of Himayat Sagar. He posted these claims on X (formerly known as Twitter) and demanded a clear response from Rao and other leaders of the BRS party, urging them to either confirm or deny the allegations.

In his post, Yadav claimed that Harish Rao, despite opposing government actions against illegal structures in water bodies, has a stake in a private convention center built within the FTL of Himayat Sagar. He further accused Rao of trying to protect his personal interests by encouraging the public to resist government measures.

In response, Harish Rao denied the allegations on X, calling them part of a smear campaign. He accused Yadav of trying to distract from issues related to the Musi river. Rao labeled the accusations as “Goebbels propaganda” and warned that he would take legal action against Yadav if he did not apologize for making false claims.
