During the meeting, the Commissioner instructed police officers to form special teams at the division, mandal, and village levels. These teams will work to stop cockfights and ensure that the law is upheld during the festive period.

The Commissioner also emphasized that cases will be registered against people who allow cockfights or gambling on their properties, such as farms, lands, and guest houses. He urged officers to raid betting and gambling centers and take strict action. Additionally, individuals likely to organize illegal activities should be identified and bound over.
