Nalgonda: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is actively involved in both real estate and social service projects, according to Bandaru Prasad, the State Joint Secretary and District Chamber Chairman. He shared this information during a CREDAI district executive meeting on Monday.
CREDAI is committed to community welfare and has organized several initiatives like Haritha Haram, setting up drinking water points, and celebrating Engineers’ Day to benefit the public. Burri Srinivas Reddy, a former Municipal Chairman, also spoke at the event, promising to help with issues facing CREDAI members. He showed his dedication by supporting the construction of a CREDAI district building.
In the meeting, Prasad was elected as Chairman, while Burri Srinivas Reddy became the President. Amanchi Raja Lingam was chosen as Elected President, and Nampally Manohar as General Secretary. Dudipala Venkata Reddy took on the role of Treasurer. The Vice Presidents elected were Edurla Sridhar Reddy, Samudrala Srinivasa Rao, Avula Srinu, and Mandadi Venkat Reddy.
