The Cyberabad Police Commissioner has issued a traffic advisory on 22nd June 2026, urging all companies, educational institutions, and organizations in the Cyberabad area to consider early logouts in a staggered manner starting from 3:30 PM. The advisory comes in response to the forecast of moderate to heavy rainfall expected during the evening hours, which could lead to severe traffic congestion and pose risks to commuters.

According to the official notification bearing reference number RC.No. 98/Traffic Admin/Cyb/2026, the alert has been issued considering multiple factors including public safety, productivity, and the need to ensure uninterrupted emergency services during adverse weather conditions. The Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad emphasized that the staggered early logout system would help minimize travel-related risks and reduce pressure on road infrastructure across the region.

The advisory specifically requests organizations operating in the Cyberabad area to implement early closure timings to allow employees and students to reach their homes safely before the anticipated heavy rainfall. The staggered approach is designed to prevent all organizations from releasing their workforce simultaneously, which could otherwise lead to gridlock on major roads and highways during peak hours.
