Dastagiri, who is involved in the YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case, has gone to the High Court to stop the movie ‘Vivekam’ from being shown. He is worried that the movie might not show his side of the story accurately and could cause problems for him. Dastagiri is especially concerned because the case is still being investigated in the CBI court.

He named Nara Lokesh from the TDP party in his petition, saying that the movie’s release might have political reasons behind it. Dastagiri is worried that the movie is available on different online platforms with support from a group linked to the TDP party.

Dastagiri urgently asked the court to stop the movie from being shown, as he believes it could violate his rights as a candidate for MLA from Pulivendula. He also mentioned that the movie might not follow the rules set by the Censor Board, and he wants the Election Commission to step in.

A well-known lawyer, Jada Shravan Kumar, will represent Dastagiri in court. Dastagiri accused the TDP party of releasing the movie to harm his reputation and influence the election in Pulivendula. He asked the High Court to give orders to all involved in making and showing the movie to prevent any problems it might cause.
