Hyderabad: The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) and the Commissioner of Collegiate Education (CCE) have decided to extend the deadline for the Degree Online Services Telangana (DOST) 2025–26 Special Phase. This extension is aimed at students still waiting for their undergraduate admission decisions.
Prof. V. Balakista Reddy, head of TGCHE and DOST Convener, together with A. Sri Devasena, Commissioner of Collegiate Education, announced this decision. The extension provides more time for students to register, select their preferred options online, and report to colleges.
This new timeline is particularly beneficial for students who have just received their supplementary exam results or missed earlier DOST phases. Officials urge students to use this extra time to complete their registration and choose their college options carefully. They also advise students to verify college details thoroughly before making final choices and to immediately self-report online once they secure a seat.
TGCHE assures that the admissions process will stay transparent and user-friendly, offering fair chances to all qualified candidates. The DOST portal serves as the central access point for all admission-related activities across Government, Private Aided, and Unaided Degree Colleges in Telangana.
