Hyderabad: Osmania University has announced that the last date to apply for the entrance exam for MBA and MCA distance education courses is November 8, 2024.
These courses are offered by the Professor G Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education (PGRRCDE) for the academic year 2024-2025. University officials mentioned that candidates who did not qualify for the ICET-2024 or missed the exam but are still interested in pursuing these programs can apply before the deadline.
The MBA and MCA distance education courses are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Distance Education Bureau of the University Grants Commission (UGC). These programs are designed to benefit working professionals in corporate, IT, government sectors, homemakers, and others.
Additionally, as per UGC guidelines, students can now pursue two degree programs at once, one through regular mode and the other through distance or online mode. The entrance test for these courses will be held on November 9, 2024.
