Hyderabad: The College of Defence Management (CDM) in Secunderabad, Telangana, joyfully marked the 11th International Yoga Day. Over 300 people, including officers, their families, and eager guests from friendly foreign countries, joined a lively yoga session in the peaceful greenery of the campus.

Aditi Gupte, an Iyengar Yoga expert, led the session to promote overall health and well-being. This year’s theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” focused on linking personal health with caring for the planet. The event underscored yoga’s importance in building resilience and harmony, especially for defence personnel facing stress. CDM’s efforts to integrate environmental sustainability on campus reinforced this theme.
