Hyderabad: On Friday, N Ramachander Rao, the State BJP chief, visited Khairatabad to pray to Lord Ganesh. The area was alive with celebrations as devotees gathered for the Khairatabad Ganapati Mahotsavam, seeking blessings for prosperity, peace, and the progress of Telangana. Known as a major public figure, he joined in the rituals honoring the impressive idol.

The Khairatabad Ganesh, touted as the largest devotional center in India during Ganesh Chaturthi, symbolizes faith and unity. The grand idol attracts millions of pilgrims every year, crossing cultural and regional lines.

After his visit, Rao shared on social media, stating he prayed for the removal of obstacles and for the state’s prosperity and peace. He emphasized that the Khairatabad Ganesh is not only a grand idol but also a symbol of shared devotion and harmony.
