Hyderabad: The Chairman and Managing Director of Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TGSPDCL), Musharraf Faruqui, has urged electricity consumers to report any corruption they encounter. If a staff member or officer demands a bribe, consumers can call 040-2345 4884 or 7680901912 to file a complaint. Special arrangements have been made in his office to handle these complaints. Consumers can also send their complaints through WhatsApp.

The company is dedicated to providing high-quality services to its customers, following strict standards. However, some employees have engaged in corrupt practices, which hurts the company’s reputation. To tackle this issue, TGSPDCL has set up a direct system for receiving and addressing complaints from consumers, aiming to stop such irregularities.
