Chief Justice Patil Vasanth of Bhadradri Kottagudem district recently met with police officers to review pending cases from 2017 to 2020. He emphasized the need for swift execution of warrants and issuing notices to sureties and summoned individuals if needed.
During the meeting, Chief Justice Patil Vasanth announced that an SC and ST Court will be established in Bhadradrikottagudem district soon. The review meeting was attended by Joint Collector Venugopal, District Legal Service Secretary Gollapudi Bhanumathi, and several judges and public prosecutors.
The goal of the meeting was to address the backlog of cases and ensure timely resolution. It was also discussed that the new SC and ST Court will help in providing justice to marginalized communities in the district.
