He ordered a meeting to discuss flood preparations, including using agricultural drones to rescue trapped individuals. An advance flood management plan is being put in place to prevent accidents, with resettlement centers being set up for those in flood-prone areas.
Officials are preparing action plans for various scenarios, such as providing life jackets, boats, and essential supplies. Sectoral and zonal officers will monitor flood control measures, and helipads will be set up for emergency services. Pregnant women’s needs during floods are being addressed, with medical officials instructed to be ready with necessary resources.
Animal husbandry officials are working on vaccination programs for livestock during monsoon, while sanitation efforts and water supply maintenance are also being emphasized. The goal is to ensure everyone is safe and prepared in case of flooding, with strict consequences for any negligence. Bhadrachalam ASP Pankaj Paritosh and other officials are actively involved in these preparations.
