    In Nagarkurnool, District Collector Uday Kumar told officials to keep farmers informed about unexpected rains. He held a video conference with RDOs, Tehsildars, and Additional Collector Sitarama Rao from Nagar Kurnool Collectorate. The Collector emphasized the need to report any crop damage caused by the untimely rains.

    He mentioned that the Meteorological Department had predicted more rain in the coming days. Farmers were advised to protect their crops from getting wet by covering them with tarpaulins. Various suggestions were discussed on how to prevent grain from getting damaged. Officials from different departments attended the meeting.
