BJP MP and OBC Morcha national president Dr K Laxman criticized Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s ‘donkey eggs’ campaign and jokingly suggested his party could use ‘snake eggs’ as its symbol. He called on the chief minister to focus on addressing corruption in the Kaleswaram Lift Irrigation Project and ‘note for vote’ cases instead of using the phone tapping case for political gain.

Laxman also condemned the chief minister for creating a divisive atmosphere between pro and anti-reservation groups ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. He stated that it was irresponsible for a CM to sow discord among people and reiterated that both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat support reservations.
