Former Telangana Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan is set to begin a ten-day campaign tour to support the BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. She recently resigned from her position as Governor and is now contesting as the BJP candidate from the Chennai (South) Lok Sabha constituency in Tamil Nadu.
Dr Tamilisai will be visiting Hyderabad along with Tamil Nadu BJP volunteers. During her stay in the city, she will visit different Lok Sabha constituencies to campaign for the BJP candidates.
Reflecting on her previous role as Governor of Telangana, Dr Tamilisai expressed her fondness for the people of the state. She mentioned that she is happy to return to Telangana and meet the people once again.
