Hyderabad: The Rouse Avenue Court will be in focus as BRS MLC K Kavitha’s bail petition is scheduled for hearing on Tuesday. The Enforcement Directorate is set to bring Kavitha to court after her ten-day custody ended on Monday. They may request an extension of custody for two more days.

Kavitha is expected to appear in court at 11 am today for questioning by the ED, who also intend to question Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. On the other hand, Kavitha’s legal team has filed a bail petition with the trial court. If bail is not granted, she could be moved to Tihar Jail.
