Hyderabad: The Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana (TGSPDCL) has introduced a new WhatsApp chatbot. This tool allows customers to quickly resolve electricity issues.

By messaging 8712441912, users can file complaints, check complaint status, get billing information, and inquire about power supply. This service is available right on their phones.

Chairman Musharraf Faruqui emphasized that this move enhances digital governance and makes services more user-friendly. It aims to improve the efficiency and accessibility of electricity services.
