    Dr Julian Schuster, President of Webster University and an economist, recently visited India to connect with partners and study abroad agencies. Webster University is a popular choice for Telangana and Indian students who are interested in STEM and Business programs. These programs can be completed in 16 to 18 months on the Missouri and Texas campuses. For Indian students looking for a highly-ranked and cost-effective university in the US, Webster University is a great option.

    During his visit, Dr Schuster emphasized the importance of making US universities more accessible to talented Indian students. He explained that Webster University is working on programs that will prepare graduates for jobs that do not exist yet. To explore the possibility of a future campus in India, Dr Schuster and Samrat Ray Chaudhuri, Assistant Vice President of International Student Enrollment, visited student recruitment and support partners in Hyderabad.

    Dr Schuster also met with prominent overseas agencies in Hyderabad to learn more about the needs of Indian students. The agents mentioned the recent opening of visa slots, which has given hope to students who want to study in the US. Dr Schuster’s visit highlights the growing importance of India for US universities as more Indian students are choosing to study in the US. US university administrators are now coming to India to explore more options for exchange and collaboration.
