    Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy spoke at a meeting of the Nalgonda District Zilla Parishad on Saturday. He said that CM KCR had made a decision to protect farmers from natural disasters. The meeting was chaired by District ZP Chairman Banda Narender Reddy. Jagadish Reddy explained that farmers have been directed to sow crops by the end of May and November, and grain purchases will be completed by the end of March. The House unanimously passed a motion introduced by Banda Narender Reddy.

    During the meeting, officials discussed the purchase of grain. Jagdish Reddy clarified that Telangana is the only state in India that has purchased wet grain damaged by rains. He commended the officials for their work and emphasized the importance of proper implementation of policies. Other attendees included Collector Vinay Krishna Reddy, ZP CEO Prem Karan Reddy, and several legislators.
