Alampur, October 3: Today, Dr. S.A. Sampath Kumar, a former MLA and AICC Secretary, held a meeting with Congress leaders and supporters in the Alampur area. The focus was on the upcoming elections for the Mandal Parishad and Zilla Parishad positions.
Meetings took place in Erravalli and Itikyala mandals. Dr. Sampath Kumar met with local Congress leaders and members, encouraging them to unite for a strong victory in the local elections. He emphasized teamwork and urged activists to spread the party’s message to every home in the constituency.
“Congress has always supported the people of Alampur. To win the upcoming elections, we need to stay united, disciplined, and inform the public about our welfare programs and policies,” Dr. Sampath Kumar said.
Several key Congress figures participated, including Erravalli Mandal President Venkatesh, Itikyala Mandal President Rukmananda Reddy, Alampur Agricultural Market Committee Chairman Doddappa, and District Library Chairman Neeli Srinivasulu. Others like Market Committee Vice Chairman Pacharla Kumar, Jogula Ravi, Somanadri, Madhu Naidu, Lakshminarayana Reddy, Prabhakar Reddy, and Ramachandra Reddy also attended.
The meeting boosted enthusiasm among Congress members, who are optimistic that under Dr. Sampath Kumar’s leadership, the party will succeed in the upcoming elections throughout the Alampur region.
