Hyderabad – A major fire erupted on Sunday at the State Bank of India (SBI) administrative office located at Patny Centre in Secunderabad.
The blaze started on the fourth floor of the building. Thick smoke quickly filled the area and spread to other sections of the structure, causing panic among nearby residents and workers.
The fire led to a traffic jam in the busy area as people gathered to watch and emergency services rushed to the scene. Witnesses nearby spotted the smoke and immediately informed the fire department.
Within minutes, three fire engines arrived. Firefighters worked swiftly to bring the situation under control and successfully extinguished the flames.
Thankfully, no injuries were reported. The exact cause of the fire remains unknown. Police have started an investigation to find out what triggered the incident and whether there were any safety violations.
