Wanaparthy: On Thursday, MVI Vasudeva Rao seized five speeding sand tractors in Pebbair, Wanaparthy district. During vehicle inspections in Malapalle and nearby areas, he discovered young, unlicensed drivers operating the tractors recklessly. The tractors were halted and taken to the MVI office.
Legal cases were filed for driving without licenses, lacking permits, and not paying road tax. The MVI confirmed the seizure of all five tractors.
He issued a warning that vehicles must adhere to traffic regulations, or drivers will face fines or legal consequences.
