Foreign Minister to honor Intelligence Chief in Delhi today

On Passport Seva Diwas, B Shivadhar Reddy, the Director General of Intelligence for Telangana, will be honored in New Delhi. He will receive the Best Service Certificate from the Minister of External Affairs, Dr. S Jaishankar, on Tuesday.
