The leaders included Etela Rajender, Raghunandan Rao, Konda Visveshwar Reddy, Enugu Ravinder Reddy, Eleti Maheshwar Reddy, and Jupalli Krishna Rao. They had discussions with Ponguleti about joining the BJP.
