Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy has clarified that his meeting with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy was solely for the development of their respective constituencies and the joint Medak district. He requested the media to avoid unnecessary speculations.
It is worth mentioning that four MLAs from BRS party, namely Sunita Lakshma Reddy, Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, Manik Rao, and Mahipal Reddy, held a meeting with the Chief Minister.
On Tuesday, these four BRS MLAs also met Intelligence Chief Shivdhar Reddy. During the meeting, Dubbaka MLA Kotha Prabhakar Reddy requested additional security. They expressed their concern that the protocol was not being followed properly. They complained to the Intelligence Chief about being denied police escort during official functions or while on tour, and warned that disregarding the protocol may lead to a potential law and order problem.
