    Hyderabad: A new park called ‘Freedom Park’ was opened in Balajinagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The park is designed with plenty of green space for the public to enjoy.

    The park’s inauguration was carried out by Akshay Chowdhry, Group Vice President of GEF India, and P Chandra Shekhara Reddy, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at GEF India. Representatives from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and local residents also attended the event.

    The park was developed by Gemini Edible and Fats India Limited (GEF India) at a cost of Rs 2.76 crore. It includes several features such as a jogging or walking track, an amphitheatre, and a covered area for community gatherings. There is also a dedicated children’s play area with colorful swings, an outdoor gym, a yoga zone, benches, a washroom, and beautiful landscaping.

    This park provides a peaceful and welcoming space for people to relax and enjoy nature, offering a much-needed escape from the busy city life.
