The TP CC official correspondent Gali Harsha Vardhan Reddy said in a press conference that the BJP party has been unfair to the Nadigadda region by granting National Status to Upper Bhadra, neglecting Almatti (Narayanpur). The NDA Government approved National Status for both dams, impacting irrigation for 80 thousand acres in the Nadigadda region, located between the Tunga Bhadra and Krishna rivers. This decision contrasts with the central government’s refusal to grant national status to any dam in Telangana.

On another note, the NDA Government has forgiven loans exceeding 13 lakh crores for large corporations over the past decade. They did not address the industry shutdowns during the COVID-19 pandemic. Criticizing the BJP party for focusing on caste and religion for votes rather than creating employment opportunities and infrastructure, Reddy highlighted the government’s obstruction of warehouse and cold storage approvals in Nadigadda. He urged people in Nadigadda not to vote for BJP.

Reddy encouraged voters to support Congress candidate Mallu Ravi for developing Nadigadda with irrigation from both rivers by leveraging national leadership influence. The press conference was attended by TP CC official correspondent Sekshavali Achary, Mandal Congress party leaders Jayanna, Maddileti SC cell, Samba Shivudu BC cell, Pandu Ranga, Councilor Ranemma, Baswa Raj, and other party leaders.
