Ganja peddlers and consumers busted by TGANB

In Hyderabad, the Telangana Anti-Narcotics Bureau (TGANB) and Karkhana police caught three drug dealers and eight people who tested positive for drugs. The arrested dealers were Mohammed Akram, C S Pranay, and Rohan Williams. The drug users were R Bharani Kumar, Roshan Singh Osahan, C Adithya Narayana Reddy, B Arjun Chowdhary, P Nikhil Reddy, N Surya Teja, B Sai Charan Reddy, and B Sai Pruthvinath Reddy.

The TGANB reported that they were selling one gram of ocean-grown ganja for Rs 4,000 and one LSD blot for Rs 3,000. They used Snapchat to communicate and deliver drugs. To combat drug abuse in schools, TGANB sent two teams to investigate a gang of three dealers selling different types of drugs.

The consumers admitted to using drugs voluntarily. An officer said they identified around 20 students from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Shadnagar who were involved. TGANB is reaching out to their parents to get them help at a de-addiction center.
