A ganja (cannabis) plant was found growing in a garden in Kothagudem Municipality. The plant was about three feet tall and was found in a garden by Prakasam Stadium near the One-Town Police Station. A local who saw the plant informed the police, and a head constable came and removed the plant. It’s surprising that the plant wasn’t noticed earlier, and people are wondering how it grew in a public place.
