Ahmed Balala Bin Abdullah Balala is a popular politician who has been elected as an MLA for the Malakpet constituency in Hyderabad four times. Balala started his political career with the Telugu Desam Party before joining AIMIM. He won the MLA seat from the Malakpet segment in 2009, which was historically a stronghold of the BJP. He has continued to be re-elected in 2014, 2018, and 2023.
Born on October 22, 1967, Balala completed his schooling at St Paul’s High School in Himayat Nagar and currently resides near Charminar. In 2009, he defeated Muhammad Muzaffar Ali Khan of the Telugu Desam Party to secure his first election victory.
