Residents of Ella Reddy Colony, Pawanagiri Colony, and Lakshmi Bhavani Colony have filed a complaint about encroachments on Link Road. Corporator Koppulu Narasimha Reddy inspected the road and found that a three-phase HT line has been laid through it. A survey has also been conducted to establish an underground drainage system for 12 colonies connected to this road.
The corporator has informed that the route map for laying the line through this road has been approved. He has requested GHMC officials to take legal action against the encroachers and restore the road immediately. He has also warned that if GHMC does not respond, he will personally demolish the obstructing wall.
In addition, residents such as Lakshmi Bhavani Colony President Satyam, Ellareddy Colony President Srinivas, Pawan Giri Colony President Harinath, and others participated in the program.
