    Hyderabad – May 7: The Telangana State Government has set up a special three-member committee to address long-pending employee welfare concerns. This new group, called the Officers Committee, will meet with various Employees Associations to discuss unresolved issues.

    Navin Mittal, the Principal Secretary for Revenue, will lead the committee. Joining him are DS Lokesh Kumar, Secretary of the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, and D Krishna Bhaskar, Special Secretary and CMD of TGTRANSCO.

    In an official order released on Tuesday, the government highlighted the vital contribution of its employees in delivering public services and running development programs. It emphasized that resolving their concerns is key to efficient governance.

    The committee has been assigned three main tasks:

    – Talk to recognized employee groups and other stakeholders about their problems and suggestions.
    – Review and organize the list of pending issues raised by these groups.
    – Prepare a detailed report with practical solutions and submit it to the government.

    By forming this committee, the Telangana government aims to improve communication with its workforce and find effective ways to boost employee welfare across departments.
