Hyderabad: The government is working to improve the skill training system, especially by upgrading Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs). It is also involving private companies in managing these institutes, according to Special Chief Secretary to the Department of Employment and Training, Sanjay Kumar.
At the Industrial Roundtable Conference on IT and ITES Sector, which focused on “Skilling Telangana for a Brighter Future,” officials discussed important topics. These included the current skill levels of young people in the IT and ITES sectors, the future of skill development, and its impact on society and the economy.
