T Harish Rao, the leader of BRS and Siddipet MLA, criticized the Congress party for failing to provide jobs to unemployed youth who supported them. He wrote a letter to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy outlining the demands of job seekers and urged for more job opportunities.

In his letter, Harish Rao requested the CM to select candidates for Group 1 posts in a 1:100 ratio and increase the number of Group 2 and Group 3 positions. He also called for the immediate identification of two lakh jobs, the announcement of a job calendar as promised, and the prompt payment of unemployment allowance.
