Hyderabad: On Monday, BRS senior leader T Harish Rao expressed concerns about the future of government medical colleges under Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy‘s leadership.

Rao highlighted that facilities in 26 medical colleges do not meet required standards. The Health Secretary and DME must appear before the National Medical Commission (NMC) on June 18, showcasing government failures. He criticized the CM for forming a committee only now, questioning who would take responsibility for the students’ futures.
