Senior BRS leader T Harish Rao criticized the Congress party for not fulfilling 13 assurances under the six guarantees. He stated that the party had no right to ask for votes without implementing these promises. Rao also responded to comments made by CM A Revanth Reddy, pointing out the confiscation of pens and phones from journalists entering CMO as a sign of dictatorship.

Rao accused Reddy of deceiving the people of Telangana and questioned his endorsement of the Gujarat model despite Rahul Gandhi’s criticism of it. He raised concerns about Reddy’s support for BJP and highlighted unfulfilled promises such as crop loan waivers and pension schemes. Rao urged farmers and agricultural laborers to reconsider voting for the Congress given their track record of broken promises.
